Our beans are micro-roasted exclusively for us. These straight varietal coffees represent the cream of the world's crop.

All of our certified organic coffees are grown without pesticides, herbicides or chemical fertilizers. All coffees are cultivated under a sustainable rainforest shade canopy at altitudes over 4,000 feet. The full-shade canopy helps reduce soil erosion and provides a great habitat for migratory birds.
